  1.  Hey all,

     

      I recently lost my nightmare tara cards in a move and have looked everywhere. Is there a way to get any repplacements? Or is the regular tara sold in an arsenal pack?

      She probably loses some abilities from nightmare to regular but ehh...

      Any help would be appreciated

  2. Hey all been off on a heiatus...sp....lol but getting back into the swing of things. Had a few questions if anyone would be so kind to help out on.

    1. On a pigcharge do you charge a model and if you move over another model on the way there you make another attack? Like if I do the "nibble" attack once Im at the original charge target do I attack again?

    2. I know that shooting into melee has negative modifiers but what about spells. Do they only suffer negative flips if there is a def resist?

    Im sure there are more lol but these are what we came across tonight. Again any help would be appreciated 8)

  3. I know that you have to make a morale duel to target ranged into melee what about spells (or if it only has the gun icon) and if your in combat can u cast a spell on someone out side of combat. I rechecked the rules and couldnt find a specific example of this so any clarification would be awesome.

  4. 1. I thought I saw when i did a search a couple days agao that if you fail the casting cost of a spell you still have those AP? Is this correct or was I seeing things?

    2. When doing a casting cost can u still use a soulstone even if your already beating the CC needed ( to say make sure your opponent cant beat the duel total) ?

    3. Finally what cant you do to kill your own model?

    a. Can wounds kill your own

    b. Does damage kill your own

    This one is hard to explain so hope you get what Im trying to put out there, mainly referencing Dumb Luck ( Cause double dmg to enemy this model takes half) so if this would kill my own model he cannot do it?

    Just had these few issues come up in last nights game any help would be appreciated all thanks much

    Had a question in last nights game, if your paralyzed can u dodge an incoming strike?

    While I got you here....heres another ? lol

    If you have a combat of say 3 and pull a black joker is that attack whiffed or can u still choose which card to use.

  6. Hey all want to pick ur brain again. On the malifaux cherub, he has an ability called "cant say no to you"

    It reads that target puppet can make one action.....THIS ACTION CANNOT TEAR APART THE TARGET PUPPET.

    Now the question is would that cause a rip already on an exhausted puppet as the action does not state the target ignores exhaustion. Or would it be like discarding your animation card to perform a free action.

    Either way this would not be able to be performed if it would cause another rip forcing that target to become shredded?

  7. Hey all had a game last night at the LGS. Was getting hit in combat and my opponent drew 3 cards for combat. Now during that draw ha managed t draw 2 aces. Now it says you can draw another to replace the numerical value of the ace.

    So question is would he then flip one card for each of the aces drawn ( so in total 5 cards) and then choose one as normal?

    On the subject of aces if you have one in your hand and use it to defend do you have to flip another card with that or can you just use the double suit value of the card.

    Thanks on the info, game went alot smoother now that we have had a couple games under out belt.

  8. Just a quick question all. I f a puppet has a combat rating of 0 (pandora for ex.) , and the rules say that even a puppet with 0 combat may attack, how is this resolved? Im guessing somehow if you manage to make a peppets def 0, but even then it would get the chance to dodge correct?

    Just want to clarify cause thinking ima run pandora next game and wanna get it right before jumping in.

  9. Hey guys just getting into the game, loving it so far but have some questions that need help on please.

    1. Can u add cards from your hand anytime you are forced to flip a card ( ie. during the animations card flip step)

    2. Can u dodge effect (seamus pop gun, since it is not an attack action)

    3. On seamus pop gun it needs 4crow. Do you flip a card for that yes?

    4. If an action/ability has 0+discard a card. Do you even have to flip a card or just discard and it goes through

    5. The powerful ability does it add to the number of cards that you draw or does it add to the numerical value flipped

    6. What does decay do? Is it just a state?

    7. What happens if you flip 2 aces in a row? Do you flip another and what suits do you use.

    I know lthat is a lot of questions but I reallu want to get into demoing this at the local LGS and want to have a good grasp on the rules.
