Does Wyrd answer customer support emails?

Hi, Not sure if this is the right place to post this. Do people find that Wyrd are good at answering customer support emails? I wish I could say that I had but so far I haven't. I have been waiting 2 weeks and still am yet to here anything back from them in regards to some missing pieces of a miniature. I have sent 2 emails in this time but no reply. Anyone have any other ideas how I can contact them? Cheers
