The rulebook says something cryptic like (citing from memory) "The totem only takes the field if beckoned by its master".
That could imply that henchmen cannot hire totems, but I'm not sure.

To me it seems that the focused attack still ignores cover and LoS.
It would have to randomise if shooting into melee though, I suppose.
Unless it's a type-o...

Scheme markers can actually be within 4" of each other. Dropping scheme markers close with Finish the job is ok.
It's just when dropping markers using the Interact Action, that they can't be within 4" of each other. The limit is on the Interact Action only. Not the marker itself.

I agree that the FK armor does not stop the Flare pulse, as it causes a condition, not damage. And the damage from the burning condition is not stopped by the armor.
However I do think that The damage caused by accelerant is stopped by the armor. Accelerant inflicts damage on models with the burning condition. Nowhere does it say the damage is caused by the burning condition.
(1) Accelerant (Ca 7t / TN: 14t / Rg: p10): All models in range with the Burning Condition must suffer 2 damage or gain the Paralyzed Condition.

Unless you're attacking The Hanged, whose Terrifying you can never be immune to.
Not quite true. You only lose the immunity if you're within 4" of the Hanged.

I'd say you heal 4 wounds. It should have read '... that spend one or more soulstone...' if it were only 2.

The thing here is that the poison condition is not a trigger. So there is no 'after damaging' or 'after succeding'. It's just an additional effect of the attack.

The graveyard spirit gives Armor +2 to all friendly models in b2b with it.
My question is: Is a model considered to be in base contact with itself?
I can't find a specific ruling in the rulebook, and we had a minor disagreement about it last night.

Shooting into engagement: No, you may not cheat. Cheating is only for duels, damage and healing flips I think...
Blasts: The Young Nephelim does not get to make a duel. He just suffers 3 damage.
Not sure about the rules for 'Tina and the Electrical creation...

That was true in the previous edition, but I'm not sure it's still true...
I can't find anything that says that the blast damage is its own source, separate from the original attack. And bulletproof says:
'Reduce all damage suffered from Sh attack actions by X to a minimum of 1.'
To me it seems the blast is part of the Sh attack action.

I agree with Hypoking. RAW states that the damage is reduced by 3/2 = 1.5 ~ 2. If the intent is to halve the damage it should probably be rewritten. Or at least FAQ:d.
Reduce all damage this model suffers from Sh and Ml Attack Actions to half.

A. Yes. No line of sight is needed to the sisters. And it's in base contact with the target, not 'near' =)
B. The Belle will not get cover bonuses. Models do not provide cover. And if the middle Belle had been a wall or something, the other Belle must be within 1" of it to get cover.
C. Same as B. Only if Belle and Ronin are engaged in melee you have to randomise target.
D. The Ronin only has a 1" melee range, so it doesn't reach Belle #3. If the Ronin had melee range of 2" or more it could strike Belle #3. No cover is granted for melee attacks, and models do not provide cover (so no -flip).
E. No. You only get cover from attacks with the ranged (pistol) symbol.
Some suggestions:
Try to keep your model out of LoS from the Belles.
Activate the Viks late in the turn. That way when a Belle has lured a Vik or Taelor close to it or some other key model, the Vik or Taelor can unleash hell.
