  1. Good summary. I find myself taking the Mecharachnid almost as much as the SS Miner with Colette just because the hitting power is great into constructs and undead, and there is no shortage of markers to discard with the Performers. It's such a solid pick for vendetta (and your opponent may not even think you selected vendetta with Performers) so it's a good low cost pick for me (also when I can't afford the Swarm).

  11. The basics of it are to File False Claim turn 1, move a Union Miner/M&SU member near the opposing master, and then drop off your Miners end of turn. You can hope for turn 2 initiative, but with some added trickery, you can make it so that the opposing master has little to no chance of getting away even if they won initiative.

  12. CRC- I've used Railwalker and Union Miners on the same list to guarantee Deliver a Message (shared). They both make the strat incredibly easy to achieve, and if you have the threat of both there's very little the opponent can do to stop you. But there's also Mech Rider and a half dozen other ways to get the strat before your opponent does.

  13. I think we need to bear in mind that those ratings would need to be constantly updated to reflect available minions. For example- Union Miners can make Deliver a Message a joke if played properly, and with stuff like Metal Gamin out now, Arcanists can become even more durable.

For Claim Jump and Collette being so high I might be inclined to think the Collette player could ruin someone's day using a ton of soulstones on turn 6 and disappearing act/Siren's call every opposing model off the marker (lol), while being able to move her crew on top of the marker. That is one of a number of scenarios where Collette can move an opposing crew without having to kill it. She can also re-flip the last turn in case the opponent tries for a 7th turn to end the game right then and there (also lol).

But yeah overall I think with the barrage of new minions available to us, we might want to re-evaluate how the masters do with these strats (particularly M&SU lists, which are pretty amazing right now).
