I'm moving back up in the next month or so and can't imagine not getting my weekly fix of card based shenanigans.

For me it's a loose combination of fluff, models I like and ones I've bothered to paint.

Winning with a crew made up from those criteria is much sweeter than a power gaming list...

I'm going to grab one to use with Toshiro due to it being a minion. Also liking the 'hard to kill' / easy(ish) heal ability combo and the benefit of range and melee ability.

But then again I just hate Izamu the dull.

If you're taking Toshiro has anyone tried the Dream Serpent rather than lzamu?

The serpent's a minion right? So benefits from Toshiros fast/positive flip shenanigans and brings much needed ranged damage. (sorry if I'm wrong but I'm nowhere near my book)

Countering your opponents crew is a massive part of the game and I totally agree that condition removal is vital in the current version.

With the M2e soulstone mechanics you don't necessarily need high crows though (soulstone = suit) so it's a viable tactic.

I've been looking for a project whilst waiting for M2e so a Mortimer / Morticia conversion is on the cards.

Speaking of the Wyrd Chronicles 7 fluff, just how big of an encounter size was Seamus in. A dozen belles here, a half dozen there...Wow.

The Hanged are my favorite model in 1.5 from a looks perspective and now with 2.0 rules they are finally on the table as nice as they are in model.

And you can't help having that Maniacal grin when you put more than 1 on the table...
