well, I have yet to play my first game, but took to studying the rules in my freetime and it is not that hard I'd say, it's updated if there are controversies and makes sense.

I'd say no. I've seen a lot of different colour shemes for the different crews and all (okay, lets say most) work fine.

I've seen Perdita in all denimblue, brown pants-plaid top, a pink top and who knows...

it gets "worse" with the likes of Seamus: bright green, lilac, purple, checkered or black/white... it really is up to you here ^^
