I think the bonus action needs something more.  Late game it is often wasted.  Nice to have some utility outside of just the upgrade option.  The grade assignment action would be welcomed late game as well.

dont think so.  IF you prevent the poison dmg then the first condition is not met so you dont take the additional 2 to my reading.  

could you use the MLH to get around the instinctual limitation somehow to get three (0) actions?  Two being the same action.

yes it does,  you can position them outside the aura or activate them after seb or mcm activates and move away.  Unless you want the healing the poison provides.

I usually have seb centrally placed if his shooting aura is going to be in play.  MCM is pretty mobile and his placement is variable.  In general they both want to be fairly front line.

never take it but there are those instances when you are facing an auto lose duel vs a model with higher or equal base stat and he's holding the same high cards as you to cheat.  If you really cant afford to have your leader paralyzed, expunged, obeyed etc then maybe its worth it.   Positive flip in these cases don't really help unless you top deck the red joker.

can be prevented via soulstones but not reduced via armor i believe

also to remove conditions from her like cursed object or distract
