Speaking of Puppets I have one of the oversized Puppet Sprues here in my collection!

One of the new sprues? I gave a way some in a painting contest over on DakkaDakka, but since Wyrd sent the prize support to Yakface, so I never saw them :'(

I don't think that Puppet Wars will be the 80 dollars that it was when released, I could easily see it being 50 to 60 dollars.

The new plastics are about the same price as the metals, but I don't see them going up in price for awhile. who knows.

Puppet wars is being re-released and in plastic (I have a Judge puppet that Wyrd donated to the Paint N Take at GenCon)

I played a new game today.....

I just dropped a bunch of money on my prize support... Thankfully the store that I bought them at is getting out of the Malifaux game. I got the boxes for Hamelin (might keep him for me *wink*), Ramos, and Marcus, as well as Mobile Toolkit, Spider Swarm, and a Fate Deck. Probably gonna throw in a Copycat Killer and maybe a Miss Terious (since I'll be getting one via kickstarter).

But it hurt my funds, I'd really like my stuff from Wyrd HQ that I had planned on :-\

Im saving up to get the massive mortgage loan, this is sort of my last hurrah with the extra christmas and ebay money before i really enforce my spending limit

Just paid half my student loans for the month and cell phone bill. I have enough to live, and get prize support, but it's gonna suck.

Gonna do the Winter Campaign, and probably do a Lost Love Tournament on Feb 16th.

Yeah, I'm billing this tournament as a 1 day achievement league using the SoCal Malifaux guy's stuff. I'm hoping I have enough to pick up prize support since I've been waiting a month for my SS code :-\. Luckily there is a store nearby that is getting out of Malifaux, so he's got starter boxes priced low, and I can hopefully pick up some blisters. I also need a wooden spoon, for the official, "Justin T. Gibbs Wooden Spoon of Excellence" award.

I get paid tomorrow, but I have at least two bills that I know of, possibly a third... I need prize support for my tournament this saturday.

As to plans, I will have to talk to my local store owner. Probably a demo or league kind of thing, since we're a playing group of about eight people already. I have been handing out people my email address, when they pop in and watch us play. I roughly explained the game then and offered them to play a round or two with them.

I still have loads of reading to do. So gotta catch up! lol

I'm so excited for this Winter Campaign

Vallejo's Paint on Surface Primer is a god send for these situations. I have a bottle simply for the days when the conditions are not ideal for spray priming. The other thing is, if you have a decently ventilated basement, you could prime there. I do that occasionally when I can't be bothered to pull out some brushes to paint on primer, or I need a batch of minis primed quickly
