Hey again! home fromwork.... downloaded the beta files for hamelin and the freikorps fellows I was missing. I'm excited to try them out on saturday!

Why do you despair for the isles, Regnak? Only thing I ever hear about over here is government shutdown this, government shutdown that... We're a little self absorbed here in the states...

Just.... EVERYTHING! Goverment... people... pay... cost of living... just had enough to be honest... really missing Germany also..

Heh, well I moved waaaay out to canada, and want to come home. I do hear germany is a good place to be though.

Yeah, before the Lady moved here I was flying out every month to Germany for 4 years... love the country... love the people.

And yeah.. Learning... after I get through a nightshift I just want to relax and work on mini's... its hard to switch that out for books! Well... I got the new Malifaux one... thats a book?!

Still in work. Wanted to finish early today, but delicate lab politics and a very slow experiment are keeping me here...

As good as it can be... I really dispair for this little Island sometimes... me and the Fiancee are always discussing the option of moving to Germany (where shes from).. my lack of German speak outside of ordering food and beers is poor at best... trying to motivate myself to learn but when it comes to my days off its hard to bring the learning monster out to play!

I'm good thanks... been pretty much relaxing or working... picked up 40k again and have been playing alot of that and also working on a huge pile of Orks.. still loads to get through. Picked up the new Malifaux rulebook and new Seamus crew so should give that a wirl soon.... hows things with you?

Yeah.. life without laptop means im hardly on.. hope to change this i january. I have been playing loads of 40k and started up a pre heresy fw army.. good bye money!

As luck would have it there's blue sky and sunshine here today. Typical when a) I'm ill so in no mood to be out mowing the grass and it gets dark too damn quickly now. It's never like this on a Saturday.

Hi Reg. I still (always) need to do more exercise. The storms last week depressed me enough that it was a below average week health wise. I think I did one tiny work out right at the start and then xdate and drank way too much for the rest of the week.

Maybe this one will be better.

Yeah.. doesnt help that i hangout with a very eaty/drinky crowd so its been hard to resist temptation... i couldnt go to the pub and have a coke or juice.. i need ale! But im getting there. Been going for 2hour walks and using rowing machine we got in jan sales...

Yeah, I was surprised by it too, honestly. That said, there aren't a whole lot of female Ten Thunders outside of leadership... Chiaki and Yin (if you can call it a 'her'). One Torakage, the Oiran... That's it, I think. Through Master unlocks you get more, but not a lot (Ronin, Desp. Merc and the Female Guard)

Caught a cold from some fool at my work place who decided to come in when feeling rough, spread it about and then go off sick. I have spent my 4days off ill and due back tomorrow night for 4 nightshifts where I'm guessing I'll still be ill...

Tonight me and the Fiancee are going to continue watching the brilliant series "Into the West".

My new Chaos army did pretty well this week, scored a draw in a game against Necrons. Kharn kicked so much metal ass that I've added a Necron head on his base so my friend never forgets!

I've been sewing, painting, sculpting and packing boxes again. Been a fairly busy day!
