Seeing as i am working with ghostwalker on the remaining crews (currently Pandora) i thought i would post up some WiP pics in this thread to keep them all together.

This is the first time i have painted a minature for any wargame so i hope it's not too bad. I need to find some bases to finish them off but overall i am fairly happy with the results.

Welcome fellow gaming couple. Myself and ghostwalker have been playing for about 4-5 months now and we absolutely love it. We sit down in the evenings and paint together before getting the boards out and having a game.

I have a question about lure on a friendly model. If I lure a friendly model into the casters melee range would I have to carry out the strike as its listed as part of the spell. Seems strange to have to attack one of your own models.

Well i used to play 40k several years before i met ghostwalker. Met ghostwalker and started plaing 40k again then he found Malifaux and not looed back since. We now play as frequently as we are able.

That is very true Leggo and in person it is just as noticable. So i am very happy with the crew and gratefull to ghostwalker for painting them up for me. Now i just need to get the brush confidence to try something myself.

Apologies for making asking in this thread. But its a related question and probably not worth making a new thread for.

I know it says model is killed under slow to die. But in the event the enemy force the model to be sacrificed (like the Gaki is capable of with absorb), I would assme that the 'sacrificed' model would not get a slow to die action as it isnt being 'killed' as such.

I have been playing wargames for about 10 years on and off. My fiance showed me the models for malifaux and I thought they were awesome so we picked up the game and haven't looked back since. We play when ever we get a chance(usually try to get at least 2 or 3 games in a week).

Glad she's enjoying it.

Just on a note you said there Eric. Was the killjo a typo as i cant see anyway in which molly could summon him? Or am i missing a really usefull trick?

So my plan for world domination begins to bear fruit mwahahahahahaha. 1 down a few billion to go.

I'm Carol from Norfolk and been playing Malifaux for about 4-5 months now. My partner (ghostwalker) found the game and since playing our first game we haven't looked back.

I play resurrectionists with Seamus as my master. Also got Marcus which I've only played with once so far. Looking forward to getting the Viktorias through soon too.

All I can say is what an AWESOME game.

I play with resurrectionists. I've seen that Molly has philosophy of the uncertain and have seen elsewhere on the forum that she can use this as her slow to die action as it is a 1 point spell.

Is this right as it seems a little overpowering as it is sacrificing a model that is already effectively dead. My fiance and I have been playing it as a no thus far.
