yes 40mm and its allready modelled to the tantacles.
Wait, pre sculpted base or pre sculpted insert?
-
Is it 40mm or 50mm?

I was a little bumbed they did not come with cards hope they release some sort of puppet wars cards at some point.
Yeah. Getting a card for each Puppet at the Webstore quickly mounts up. Almost 50 puppets, not counting Teddy, Hooded Rider, or Viktoria. That is almost $25 in cards alone, not including shipping.

You know looking at the hunter i might have to take one just to harpoon ramos for a little extra movment first turn. Be some thing to try and get him in the fight a little faster. Armor means he is realy only looking at one wound. I realy think ramos could use a snowstorm type model designed to help with his movement.
If you just want a Harppon, wouldn't the Mechanical Rider be a better investment, albeit a few more SS?

Another idea, using a regular Zoraida model, everyone else as a puppet. She made minion replicas like the fluff. Another fun part? Use equivalent puppet, if able, for Voodoo Dolls. My main opponent uses Lady J, so her, Marshals and Judge puppets are fair game.

I think the only one that has a slight chance is Sybelle and even then, she has even less character than Molly.
All the sidekicks, bar Molly, don't show the backbone to be leaders.
Betê Noire could be IF and only IF she is given a fiction based reason. Too much of her is unknown.

How's this?
Seamus (3* or 5 Cache) 25SS
Rotten Belle
Rotten Belle
Betê Noire
Punk Zombie
*Canine Remains (Zombie Chihuahua or Guild Hound, a dog for a dog)
Maybe go with Convict Gunslinger instead of the Punk and compensate in the Cache?

Mr. Hopkins.

She doesn't come with any

Does it come with a regular Pandora card?

Is this list just for fun or competitive?
Just my opinion but if it is for competitive play I don't feel either Candy, nor her avatar are worthwhile options.
However, given that playing against Pandora, even if you win, can often be described as giving yourself a root canal without benefit of anasthetic, it might be something looking into.
I like the Candy Model, but in the current environment she doesn't fulfill her intended role as well as Lilitu does. So taking things that are cool like Candy rather than super efficient might be a way to give a little bit of pain medicine to the patient that is Pandora's opponent.
I can understand how the Nephilim twins are better than the Woe kids in most instances, but they have a parasitic bond, aka they depend on each other. One dies, the other is soon to follow. The Woe kids don't depend of each other, which, in of itself, is a strength that adds to their value (in my opinion). That is important when you play lower point games (I think) as you use less models, so each is a bigger asset.

She, like Von Schill, has the clockwork seeker; which is the second highest ranged damage gun in the game if I remember correctly.
For 10 points though, Hoffman can do better, like two Wardens.

Obvious choice is Nekima.

I'm guessing the matter is if 8SS is worth:
- Having Candy in non-Manifested form doing her thing while you are not Manifested
- 2 extra Wounds on Candy when Manifested
- the posibility of having a Sorrow linked to Candy when Manifested (I'm not sure on this one, does the Link persist after replacement?)
-
IMO, Hoffman + Lucius. Pale Rider + Ryle + Warden as core.

Similar to your Stategy Markers, I was thinking (if I got into Neverborn, I'm debating between Pandora and Zoraida) if I got Pandora's avatar, I would do 2 50mm bases with the Sewer accessories tentacles to represent the spell she does as it fits her models.

Your images have been replaced by the Imageshack Frog.
Not for me.

That is somewhat what I am thinking, down to the hate of the sculpt.
My thought is, why pay for Sybelle when for a few more points you can get Molly who does other stuff that's more interesting, for Belles, including summoning Sybelle herself?
As for your non-living troubles, bring the Avatar of Dread, he can scare even Undead/Scary stuff/Robots.
Well, beyond absolutely hating the model, I haven't found her to be very useful. I know she's got a lot of utility, and I know she has a bunch of tricks, but she runs into the same problem I find with Seamus himself- her most useful functions are against living models. Yes, she has flurry, but so do Punk Zombies...and I don't like having to use Lure just to get use out of a 5-6 point model. Ultimately, it comes down to she doesn't fit my meta, which is lots of Constructs, Nightmares and Undead, and she doesn't fit my playstyle. I have more interesting tricks I'd rather do with my pair of Belles I bring. That, and I'm going to be running Molly a lot, I suspect, and that means that Sybelle can be summoned...so why I would pay points for her instead of bringing a non-Belle for the points?

Is regular Candy worth is your are aiming to get Avatar Pandora out a.s.a.p.?
I'm thinking of getting Pandora's Box and her avatar if I get into Neverborn in the future (Woes are the coolest in the faction in my opinion). Would the avatar be worth using at 25SS (the Boxed set's usual point games).

I like the incorporeal Doppleganger idea. I am a bit put of by the whole back have showing muscle, so this is nice. If I get a Pandora crew, I may steal the idea.
P.S. Nice to see someone using the avatar picture of Pandora I made.

Hoffman with a Bowler Cap strapped to a Hunter.
Oh yeah!

First reply in the topic *rolls eyes*simple, and straight to the point. best answer given so far.Wyrd is a business. More books will come, I'm pretty sure they like getting our money. -
Anyone else thinking he might be useful in a Zoraida Beast heavy crew? You get extra "Obeys" and he supports her Beast sub-theme in her Avatar form and her general swamp theme.

+1 on the Stitched Togethers.
Why bring him on his own? He doesn't use soulstones much, if at all, in my experience. He doesn't need them defensively very often since you can just pass attacks off to your marionettes, and he doesn't do any attacking since his puppets do all the work for him. I'd recommend bringing him as a henchman with Zoraida. They have a lot of synergy. I usually bring his box set + Zoraida + 2x Stitched Togethers. Makes for a very mobile trickery-filled crew!
Bringing him on his own let's you use the Reserve to hire even more dolls as he doesn't use his Cache a lot. Since he is "free" as a leader, and the ability of using his reserve to get more dolls, it is entirely viable to run him alone. At least that's my theory in paper. I haven't used him.
@dsmiles: I'd say if you want to run him beyond 25SS though, wait for the Widow Weaver (or proxy her). She helps him a lot and let's you summon a Teddy, which you may have already if you use the Dreamer. The Dreamer likes the Widow too, bonus.
Teddies are for sale
in Puppet Wars Unstitched
Posted
I just hope they are sold at a later date myself. I don't own Puppet Wars (beyond the Pawns 2 Booster I won in the twitter contest) but it is in my future buy list. Who knows, Santa might surprise me with it (read, relatives are aware I'm interested in it).
