This Weekend, June 7th and June 8th, we'll be celebrating all things Wyrd! We'll be kicking off on saturday at 2pm with a Malifaux Demo for new players, and we'll be playing some Evil Baby Orphanage as well, with some Malifaux pickup games thrown in for good measure. We'll be demoing on demand throughout the day as well.

I'll be doing up some Death Marshals in the Arrancar scheme as well. It'll be fun to give it a go, and I want them for the crew anyway.

Figured I may as well put up some more, because I don't want to start a new thread. I apologize for picture quality, I used my phone for the pics.

Next up is Ten Thunders: 

In all honesty, I'm a bit of a Bleach fan, especially the Arrancars. So I thought their scheme would be pretty cool. The purple came from my desire to avoid just doing black and white. 

*deep breath* I'm going to post my Tara Crew I guess. I wanted something in a lot of whites (and Ulthuan Grey) And learned why I hate white. I'm irritated with the imperfections, but meh. I think this might be the first crew I've ever posted.

I've broken my fair share of whips and smaller pieces as well. But haven't encountered anything too bad. 

Whew, I was worried there for a second. 

We're holding month 2 of our Malifaux 2.0 League! It's mainly for giving us a chance to put the new rules to use, and get accustomed to playing with them!

Entry: $10 goes into the prize pool, everyone gets $5 back in store credit, and the rest is given for prizes, painting prizes, and more!

We're back for our bi-monthly Malifaux League! The kickoff date is this Thursday at 4pm, and the entrance is only $10! Everyone is guaranteed at least $5 credit back! I'll post the details and specifics for play here by the end of the day (SS count and so on!) We're even running a terrain building contest over the month, and the lucky winner gets a hanging tree!

ALSO! We're running a special Malifaux Party this Saturday at 1:00PM! We'll have Demos, painting, M2E chat and testing, and a lot more! It's free to join!

I'm not seeing this decline of players at all. At our store, Malifaux is still hot, and most of us are looking forward to the new edition. I mean, yeah, it's likely some people aren't going to like the change, but that happens with every game. I think it's ridiculous to speculate on anything and drop the game based on that speculation.

We've got an amazing Malifaux community at Gaming Grounds, and now we're looking to get even more players into the game!

We're holding a demo on Saturday, May 25th at 2:00PM! If you're still getting your Malifaux legs, come learn a thing or two! If you're not new, then come anyway and get a game or two in!

We're going to be starting a Malifaux league next week, on Tuesday 3/26. Entry will be $10 a person, which will all go into prizes for players! You can find the details on our Facebook Event Page! The league is mainly geared towards getting new players accustomed to the game, and achievements will key in with many of the games common occurrences.
