  1. I'm looking mostly for heavy weapon sisters or serephims, will trade or buy high for an exorist as well.

    I have:

    Hamlin box nib

    Ratcatchers nib

    Wench nib

    Menoth

    Daughters of the flame nib

Daughters of the flame built unpainted

    Thyra built unpainted

Random bits of tyranids, some genestealers, gants and gunts, lots of bits.

Feel free to pm me with any offers.

  2. So I heard about this little synergy on the Gamer's Lounge and thought I'd throw it up here for my fellow Levi players.

Let me first state that I LOVE my necropunk/killjoy trick but at 14ss it takes up a bit of my ss. So here is my alternative.

    The steampunk arachnid swarm.

Levis' Blessing of Desolation gives it an auto crow to it's cb. This allows them to auto trigger overwhelm(think thats what's it called) to add paralyze to the damage. Combine this with it's already amazing melee master +2, and he becomes a beast. And as a by-product, it leaves behind scrap counters when it dies.

With all these things I will be trading this in for the punk/joy combo. Not only do I think this will help me in my game, it will free up 5ss for another model. Any suggestions on what to fill in?

  3. It seems like I am the only person this massive beatstick in a list. Due to using a necropunk delivery system, he has so many leader kills under his belt, it's a surprise I don't see him in more lists. Is he just too expensive to put him in anything under 40ss?

  4. Here is my typical Levi list

    Levi (1ss cache)

    Necropunk 3ss

    2x SPA. 6ss

    Canine remains 2ss

    Killjoy. 11ss

    Desolation engine 12ss

This list is so quick. I don't know how often the necropunk has gone in either to grab an objective or get in the middle of a crew and pop killjoy out. I know killjoy will die, but he usually takes 3-4 models with him. And then everyone else comes up and mops up whatever is left.

  5. @Borth yeah I just saw that. I'm more then a little eager for her.

@Amos mobility has always been rough for rasputina. As far as objective holding I'm sure the shear power of the magic involved and the staying power of snowstorm (being a spirit) sitting on an objective shouldn't be that hard. Then again I have been wrong before. I just need to get a snowstorm before I can put all this into practice

  6. So here's my newest list. I've always had a tendency to build lists with fewer models but massive models. So here we go:

    Rasputina

    -Essence of Power

    Kaeris

    -Essence of Power

    Silent One

    Snowstorm

    Desperate Mercenary (female version)

    8ss Cache

It's odd to me that with such a heavy hitter list they are all females. Not that this is a problem or anything, just found kinda cool. Way to go wyrd!

    P.S.

Now I just have to make the desperate merc look more arcanist. Any ideas?

  7. I'm not at home to check my books on this, so I thought I'd just ask the boards for an answer. Can a henchman hire a totem, if they aren't the leader? I want to you rasputina and kaeris, and I'd like to use an essence of power for each. I tried this on rattys crew builder and it allowed it, but I'm not 100% as I haven't made a list that has used a master and henchman.

  8. I'm thinking you were right about the canine remains. I usually have one in my regular 35ss Levi list. Turn 1 I can finger of death the puppy, turn it into a hollowed waif. And then card control Levi to death. This starts Levi off with an extra hollowed waif and moving Levi up a bit more. (assuming the first waif moves up during her activation). After having the 2 waifs, I idea that I could have 4 running around ripping an opponents hand apart is awesome.

  9. Yeah this is my first time in anything this big. I'm hoping that killjoy and a hopefully steady stream of d.engines can put out enough damage to take army's like dreamer/pandora, and ladyj/perdita, I have a feeling I'll be seeing these combos a bit more. Perhaps a goblin crew ( som'er, ophilia), and perhaps a mcmourning/Seamus crew.

  10. So we are about to do a 60ss brawl at our lgs. Here is the list I came up with.

    Levi

    Collodi

    4 mannequins

    3 wicked dolls

    4 steampunk abominations

    2 Necropunks

    1 desolation engine

    1 killjoy

If you count the possibilty of having upto 4 hollowed waifs. I cant think of an army that will out activate my list. Plus all the dolls will leave scrap counts that soon become SPA's that will soon become engines of desolation. I still stand by my Necropunks delivering killjoy exactly where I need him. Usually getting him in next to snipers ( niño, austriger, etc) which is pretty heavy in our store.

    C&C is always helpful.

  11. I've found that with the SPA's you move once, then use that ability that makes them not be able to be the targets of ranged abilities. Then when it's time to form voltron and wreck house.

As for the Necropunks, I like them for the killjoy because of slow to die. My opponent needs to decide to either kill the punks and deal with killjoy or let the punks harass them throughout the game.

  12. Leveticus 4 extra ss

    Canine remains 2ss

    2x Necropunks 6ss

    4x SPA. 12ss

    Killjoy. 11ss

Using the SPA as a desolation engine delivery turn one. The remains as a turn one second waif. And the Necropunks as a killjoy delivery system. After that it just turns into a slaughter with Levi coming up the middle and poking people before perishing himself ( oh darn!).

    What do you think?

  13. Our PGA started at 25ss since that was the closest to a box set. Recently we had a 35ss tournament since that's what a lot of people were running their tournaments at. I did play a 4 player free for all (shared treasure hunt, 1 scheme, corner deployment) at 15ss each. That was one of the best games I got to play.
