like this was asked before, where in Tempe? It looks like we have a lot of henchmen in the valley but I see little to no advertisement on malifaux events currently.
Why don t you use the wargameraz website as well to advertise this event?
I haven t played in years but I bought the new rulebook and would love to play some games

Just listened to episode 16 podcast. You guys made me cry.I just love sarcasms.
You had me going for about 10s and I was going to jump and follow you in this new universe!
Keep up the great work. Love the fluff and the hobby aspect you guys promote!

Cool, I ll be there,
They just installed a fast charger on the way to Glendale so I can make a quick stop for a free charge and stay oil free (and save money)
I recently got couple of models who still had V1 cards with them
Mc Mourning and Sebastian.
I ll bring resurrectionists and hope I can get a hand on Rafkin by then!

Just finished converting my GW corpse cart to use as a palanquin for Nicodem.
Nicodem's totem got beheaded to make the cross of its cane as part of the totem sacrifice required for avatar manifestation.
Let me know what you think
(Sorry for the picture quality 90k and 600x600 wyrd limitation isn't much)

With the grave spirit and a couple a mz near him to sac if you see a big hit against Nicodem should prevent him from dying when you do not have the initiative and cannot cast the fog.

I was just making a count of how many Malifaux models I owned and I just hit the 1oo mark (including 8 models soon to arrive)! How many malifaux models do you own ?
We always say Malifaux is a skirmish game and we don't need much model which is true in a sense that I never usualy play with more than 15 models top at the same time but that is more model than all the 40k models I own (2500k of CSM). Love those Wyrd models. Thank you Wyrd!

The other two extensions are Rising Power and Twisting Fates.
They provide additional models. For the original rulebook models, look for the v2 statcards link on the left. The resurectionist link is the link you are mostly interrested in if you want to play undead.
hope that helps

Right, If you or your enemy as a model with the graverobber trait

everyone's favourite huggable little fella.
Mr killjoy likes to have a bit of friendly banter sometimes with his own side, occasionally trying to hack off limbs and a true team player.
With his tendancy to want to charge, mutilate and murderise anything "friend" or foe he can get his hands on - lead to some interesting discussions tonight whilst playing a game with the big chap.
lets talk blood price:
1. If killjoy is not in melee with an enemy model and thus wants to charge himself the closest unit (say in this case a friendly Lilith who has her back to him.) Can he charge her if she is already within his 2" melee range? As normally you couldn't do such a thing but then i take it he does not count as within her melee range as she is not an "enemy" target?
and ol question number 2 is more a clarification really. Killjoy goes off a charging with blood price can he overshoot a model? as in say Lilith is 6" away and in combat with Lady J who is 9" away from Mr Killjoy. Can he run a straight line past lilith and go his full 8" putting him nicely in combat with Lady J since he has not left melee range with Lilith and will then make his swipe at her. Know this is correct with normal charges, but just want to make sure you can do this with blood price as it is a rather handy thing to have going on. (especially when he is hired into a neverborn crew for the +2CG distance.)
Oh and this one is probably just dead obvious (no pun intended.) Does he drop corpse counters when he dies as he is undead unlike most other neverborn?
1-I would think he can indeed charge lillith even if he does not move to do it. The rulebook defines mele range only against enemy models and not frendlies
2-you can charge in any straight line you want so yes you can charge Lilith and place yourself in such way that you can strike Lady J, your charge is still against the closest model, in that case, Lillith.
3- KillJoy drops 3 corpse counter, that s why I don't mind him dying so often from enemy focusing on him.

I believe Pandora can still push multiple times per turn through incite/pacify with the v2 cards.

So looks like to me, because decay can target friendly models,
Nicodem can decay himself (provided he's not in mele)
However since Lillith transposition spell does not say it can target friendly models,
Lillith cannot cast it on herself. She can however cast it on friendly model just not
on herself. Did I get that right?

[i'd have just edited my own reply, but figured it'd be easier to post another one with the link to the resolved thread that may or may not clear things up.]

Thanks for the link, now I'm confused!

Mine is 8 cm tall with the sword horizontal

With Nicodem in it's avatar form, you can easily have 10 mindless zombies on the table
-
You are pretty much right. Nicodem needs to get a legal target and then Decay will heal if it hits or blasts friendly undead.
He still can target other friendly models though, so it doesn't have to be random - they are still legal targets and if the spell hits, the "hit friendly undead" part kicks in.
But he can't target himself.
To work around this bounce the blast off a nearby friendly model (or, at worst, a MZ, but you may kill it in the process).
Look at Keltheos post, Nicodem CAN target himself with decay
-
He can. Decay heals undead or damages non-undead. Since he can opt to be undead he can heal himself with it.
Cool!
-
Decay is a ranged attack that can target friendly or ennemy models. I often trget friendly undead that are not in combat to gain wounds back. Based on Ratty's explanation, it sounds like Nicodem can Decay himself even if I never played him that way.
-
This is wrong...
You can target yourself with any ability that isn't an Attack.
If it is an Attack you can only target yourself if it says Friendly Model.
A model always has LoS to itself.
Does it mean Nicodem can cast Decay on himself?
-
Crooked man is probably the best but I have to say I never used that spell because Nicodem summons so much better!
-
Mc mourning avarar is truly awesome. I can't wait you start to work on a Nicodem avatar now!
-
Those are some nice looking models. I look forward to face them on a table.
