  1. I've had it done on one of my Minas Tirith knights, whose lances were notorious for breaking off (as the too were joined at the wrist). The guy I got to do it for me (I have only a theoretical knowledge of soldering) did it very carefully, and the only part he melted other than the solder was a very small amount (<1mm) of the knight's arm.

  2. Game Color Skab Red, Blood Red, and Fire orange.

Skab first, then a Badab Black wash, the worked up from the Skab to Blood, then to I added small amounts of fire orange to the Blood red to raise it's shade. Added more for the highlight and that was about it.

Thanks Mate, will try to apply it to my Terror Tots. I'm going to go with the whole "Colour changes with growth" idea.

  3. Yes, but if you look in the bar to your left, you will see a sub-heading called V2 statcards. Here you can find all the cards that have been updated. If you can't find a model in these pdf files, they haven't been updated. this is usually the models from Rising powers, though there are a few models in Book 1 that weren't updated.

  4. Rules Manual, page 73, paragraph 3: "Some Schemes require a player to nominate a terrain feature or model. Terrain features and models can only be nominated by one Strategy and one Scheme per player at any time. That is, if a player chooses multiple Schemes which nominate enemy models, each Scheme must nominate a different enemy model."

    Speaks for itself.

  5. Looking at Rising Powers, Augmented Jump merely gives him flight and prevents him from being blocked. This would prevent damage from any model that has the Wicked ability, yet the Alp does damage that does not require a Cb-->Df duel for blocking.

In other words, the Alp does damage even if Von Schill uses Augmented Jump.

  6. Hi Horrorshow, welcome to Malifaux, and the Forums. Lilith is a good start, as she is relatively straight forward and therefore easy to learn. One thing with your list, though, why not drop the two young nephilim for a Mature Nephilim? You then get two more soul stones to use with Lilith, the better to keep her alive when she is in combat.

The reasons I give for dropping the Young Nephilim are that you will grow into the Young nephilim fairly easily, and the Mature Nephilim grants a large amount of mobility to the shaman, through the combo of Carry and the shaman's ability that lets carry be a (1) action instead of a (2) action.
