my girlfriend has chosen Seamus as her crew, because she likes the whole jack the ripper theme, I have read that Seamus is pretty tough, is Marcus out matched on this matchup? what do I need to do with Marcus to shut down Seamus?

what beast would be best to use with myrandas shape change, I got a strong feeling that it will be the Cerberus that would be more suited for her to shape change into.

so I have already picked out my girlfriend starter crew , she likes Seamus so that's what she will run with , but I also like to try out some resorts myself, but I honestly don't know what would be a good matchup in going against Seamus. I'm new to the game myself and so out of Nicco, and McMourning who would be a better choice? who hits harder? is it easy to summon zombies?

I'm making a shopping list , do I need to purchase the archanist arsenal pack for the above mentioned awesome upgrades for Marcus and his crew ? or does his starter box already come with them?

also, what would be a good opponent starter box to get with the Marcus box set? I kinda want to demo the game to my friends and would like to have another starter box to play Marcus against, I was thinking Sonnia 2.0 since her crew hunt arcanist. but that also worries me because from what I have read on her she is down right nasty to go against. or is she only as good as the person who uses her?

The new RSR is hot-sauce to be sure. I had a little difficulty with mine.....the flared hood is one piece that fits on the body.....but it's too tight and doesn't fit flush.....I filed it down just a little and it fit perfectly. Just something to keep in mind before you go glue-crazy.....dry-fit first.

I still love love love the razorspine rattler model , and now all the animals look bad ass so yes I'm liking team Marcus.

the more I read on Marcus 2.0 the more I'm being drawn to purchase his starter. he seems so much better than the 1.5 version

I was thinking of playing Seamus for a start in the world a malifaux, I have been hearing he is good for a new player to learn with, and on top of that I hear that he hits hard. and who doesn't like the jack the ripper theme with zombie hookers...

awesome review on Marcus, I will admit that I have always been interested in wanting to play Marcus since malifaux began, I just never picked up a starter box of his crew. now that we are into Marcus 2.0 he and his crew look wicked as all get out. I believe it was always the Razor spine rattler that always drew me in. with that said, as someone who knows nothing of how to play Marcus and his crew. where should I begin with him? what kind of play style should I play with him on the table? I have always heard play Marcus in a hit and run style, I always figured since he was a beast master he would just let all his pets smash face because his beasts should be hitting hard. I know there is tons of info on 2.0 Marcus but its a bit overwhelming with all the info I found ....all of it being good, just looking for a simple consolidated guide on how as a biginer to the correct way to play him if there is a correct way to play him. again thanks for all the help and the guidance on Marcus 2.0

im really interested in the new guild master, So far the rumor i hear is that he runs construcst in his crew like the peacekeeper. if that is true i would love to play this guy since the peacekeepr is already a beast on the table, I can just imagine how much havoc will be brung to the table with the other new constructs in the new book. wish i had a chance to go to gen con to get a copy of the book. I just hope someone on the forums wentand got the book to tell us a bit about the new master and his crew. Thas if noonegets in trouble for putting that kind of info out there, but from what i understand gen con is done andthe book and some of the new crew boxes are out so there shouldnt be any legal ramifications for posting that kind of info right now. but all im saying is that everyone on the forums ave been teased long enough with the new stuff, ready to hear some solid facts and info now. I guess we will all know more in due time.

I am really torn between on who to get right now, I saw Kirai and instantly fell in love with the box set for her " she reminds me of all the Grudge movies" then I see the neverborns new one mr Lord Chompy Bits. and imlike woah thats awsome. but then i see the outcast has Hamilin becoming a master as well and he sparks my intrest. but i think for right now I will go for Kirai for starting off on the ressurection crews. i originally started playing with sonia creid from the guild because i thought she was bad ass. but now the got new femm fatals coming out and Kirai just stands out to me as just awsome. Hope to hear more about her in a ew more days on how she plays, and what to expect out of her as well as what works the bestin crew builds. im sure alot of people will be doin the proxy thing with her. anyways glad the ress got a awsome female character to play spirit hell on every one.
