Week 2 went off well.

Malifaux is back and alive at DiceHouse.

We had a great opening day with 6 players getting in game and a few other potential players interested.

We have about 5 players so far and are always happy to get more.

We are starting a new league on Sunday so it should be fun and fresh.

We're just getting back into the swing of things after a few months off.

After some time off we are kicking things back in gear with a new 4 week Malifaux league.

• Shared Scenario will be drawn at the beginning of the week
  
• Week 1: 25 SS
  
• Week 2 and 3: 30 SS
  
• Week 4: 35 SS
  
• 3 LP (league points) for a win, 2 LP for a loss, 1 LP for a tie
  
• +1 LP for completing a strategy and +1 for each completed scheme (max 2).
  
• Default win is killing ALL the opposing crew before turn 6
  
• 6 LP possible per game.
  
• Players can play 2 games a week but can not play the same person back to back.
  
• 1st place $15 gift certificate to DiceHouse

Oooh I forgot to mention that there will be a special Malifaux developer guest there to run events and give autographs.

The SoCal Smackdown will be hosting several Malifaux events beginning Friday night (Sept 4th) and running through Monday (Sept 6th) Labor Day weekend.

Im calling out every Malifaux player from San Diego to San Francisco, from LA to Phoenix.

If there were a South West Grand Tournament held in Anaheim Sept 3-5 would anyone be interested? We'll have trophies and other prizes on hand for the winners.

Spring League 2

New Malifaux league beginning Sunday May 23rd at 1pm.

Come down and play the hottest new mini's game from Wyrd Miniatures.

Week 1 and 2 30SS

Week 3 and 4 35SS

Week 5 40SS

+10 points for a fully painted 35SS crew.

Players can play up to 4 games a week and league points will be based on victory points acquired during games.

Entry fee is $5

Trophies and prizes to 1st and 2nd place winners and a trophy for the best painted crew.

Look for the new Malifaux League beginning in May.

There looks like a lot of good summer movies this year. Iron Man 2 looks Awesome!!! The Losers looks great but I'm not sure if its a Summer movie. The A Team movie is full of Awesome Sauce!!! The Expendables looks cool in theory but I think it might just turn out to be a movie with tons of action stars and no substance. I wish Tron 2 was a Summer movie, December is much to far away.

That's all I can think of right now.

Im planning on building a Ramos crew and need some advice for my spiders. Should I make them arachnid swarms, like the 2 in the box and then get an additional swarm and make them individual arachnids? Or Should I just make them all individual arachnids?
