Anyway, I can't see how human skin gloves would even be practical in his line of work (yes, I know he's pretty much crazy, but still, crazy doesn't mean stupid and human skin just wouldn't hold up for his work).
Human skin and pig skin have a lot in common... ever try to tear pig skin? It would probably hold up just about as well as pigskin gloves.
And before anyone thinks I'm a total sicko: pig skin is used in skin grafts at times. A buddy of mine needed it in '91 in Iraq and is why I looked up info on it.

Tile Number 2 in my series: A mailing tube, matt-board, thick matchsticks and some thinned spackle. The cobblestones are made of individual cereal box cardboard squares.
Does anyone know a decent way to make stairs?

A little bit fizzy due to using a phone camera... this is board 1 of a 9 board set up (so far) The Graveyard is in process. Construction is foam board, matt-board and popsicle sticks. I did mess up and use playwood for the base... from now on I use mdf.

Arghhh, LCB is now in the real nightmare world...Ebay, lol.
I've really got to start going to gencon,
eBay was flooded for a few days and it went for a high price. Now it's not so flooded and going for insane prices...
Miss Pack right now has 16 bids with a hi bid of $41.00

I use the old standard Army Transport
http://www.saboldesigns.net/armytransport.html
http://www.saboldesigns.net/armytransportmarkll.html
The 1 1/2 " trays are nicely deep enough for a lot of the minis
and the 2" and 2 1/2" ones are great.
The Malifaux bag was nice looking. Till I got to the insides.
The top tray is essentially useless, and the 1" tray not much better when you consider that the smallest base size is 5mm higher...

The pink on her robe is excellent. That is one of the hardest colors for me to get right, but you nailed it. Great Job.
If I can ask, did you mix your own pink or what color did you use for the base please?

Could always use it to plug one of the holes in LCB... but if it's that small it prob won't help much... :hahaha:

Yup. How close to Austin do you live? Do you ever stop by for Malifaux on Wednesday?
I'm up in Copperas Cove, by Fort Hood.
Is about an hour and a half to D.L.
I thought Tuesdays were the open Malifaux gaming nights?

Very nice, I'm especially impressed with Levi's pants.
Alice is most excellent and the Big Guy is VERY well done, the left shoulder shading looks awesome.
Nice pictures by the way. I've got decent painting skills but can't take a picture right to save my life.

Don't know if they have it where you are at or not:
Minwax 'Helmsman' spar urethane in Clear Satin finish.
It even has an sdjustable spray pattern
It takes a while to dry all the way but it has been outstanding for me so far.

For the amount of money I paid for this, I'm underwelmed.

The sections on Highlighting and Shading, and on Paint Blending are very useful to new painters.
Welcome to the painting and good luck
