Based on a old Daemon Prince conversion in White Dwarf? I remember that one and had a go at making it myself, though I really messed up mine, lol!

My first mini was probably a 15mm Ancient.That was over 30 years ago.

This was my first conversion over 20 years ago.

I have an absolutely wicked caterpillar. Unfortunately, its not a Wyrd mini.

The Tweedles are somewhere down they line. Next will be either the Alps/Cards or the White King and Queen. Which I still can't decide if I just go with Lilitu and Lelu with a light paint scheme or something different. The Tweedles will take a little more converting than I thought.

Supreme win. Best conversion idea and execution I seen as far back as I can remember. Any idea what you might do with the Doppleganger? And as always, thanks for sharing.

if you're going to run a couple of stitches,.. instead, get a couple of executioners (because of the big belly of the model),... could be converted into a tweedle-dee/tweedle-dum set.

It wouldn't take much converting. The hardest part would be fitting them on a 30mm base.

I have been going back and forth on the Coppelius thing. Think I have made my mind up. The Lawyer will stand in for Coppelius. As far as fitting into the Alice theme,he will be the Knave of Hearts. Gonna go with Copycat, Marchhare and Malifaux Rat as the Tea Party. They will be Daydreams.

I actually have some caterpillar bodies. They are a little on the large size. Confrontation miniatures. Maybe big and scary.

Kind of liking the tea party idea for the daydreams. That leaves me with no character for Coppelius.White Rabbit maybe? I do have a White Rabbit that came with Alice.

Alps are really the only issue at this point. The first thing is if I really need them,since they kinda got cuddled.Second is if I want to do them all the same.

I'm toying with the idea that this Dreamer/Girl believes that she is Alice and is using memories that she has of Malifaux to create the Wonderland illusion.

I like it,... The copycat as the hatter,.. the jackalope as the march hare,.. now, you just need something for the doormouse,.. then you'd have a complete "tea" set. Would be cool as daydreams

Are you planning to work in the playing card soldiers somewhere...? It shouldn't be too hard to build your own, and they would probably make nice Daydreams or Alps. Cards in Malifaux would be very fitting.

The Jackalope would be a gift as a white rabbit.

In keeping with the story, did you consider using a giant Alice as LCB? Not sure where you could get the figure from, but then you could keep your Cheshire Cat as Teddy, and Alice would grow and shrink throughout the game.

I want to try to keep everything on the crew to be the "good" characters from the story. Maybe chess pieces for Alps. I have a White Rabbit that came with the Alice and thought of doing it as Insidious Madness. The tough one is Lelu.
