Are we going to see more models like Misaki and the Ronin (when released)? Kung Fu theater (a la Big Trouble in Little China) is favorite genre of mine and would seem to fit well in the Malifaux setting.
You're in luck Misaki is already in the store!

That's such a cool thing to say and probably just what I needed to hear. I ordered the rulebook and Perdita, time to start painting.
I drove up and back to Chicago last weekend to drop off my son at school and as I drove through Indianapolis I couldn't help but think about all the great times there. I'll be there next Aug for sure!
You can use a standard deck of cards, but I would recommend one of the Wyrd decks. Very cool artwork.

You need a Florida mosquito. I had one try and take my wallet the other day.
Wallet! Hell, I saw one the other day take the neighbors cat....

I like the new site especially the additional pictures (warpig pics are awesome).
One thing. In the left hand menu add sub-levels under each faction to filter the list. Sub-levels I'm thinking of are; Masters, Minions, Totems, and Box Sets
Just my .02c

Hi all,
Long time gamer, you name it I probably played it. I recognize some names from my old NACORD days. Just checking out the game, have seen and loved the miniatures but don't own any yet.
Cheers all
Magnus
Hey Ted, glad you found the site. We missed you this year at Gencon.
Andrew and I play regularly every Friday in Tampa, if you want to drive down sometime and catch a game just let us know.

I want to know what your cat was doing on the cards in the first place!?!

Sprue,
All I have to say is BRILLIANT! I love it. And this strategy is not really using ANY loopholes at all. Everything is straght forward in the rulebook.
1. Mosquitoes are Gremlins
2. (all) Larva can summon an additional mosquito while sacrificing a friendly model (ie. a mosquito)
3. Survival of the fittest gives you 2 cards per sacrificed gremlin
4. A summoned model can activate the turn it is summoned
5. An (all) action can be used with a Slow action modifier
It's quiet the card-generating-move-all-over-the-board engine. Well done.
Now I'm not going to address the "spirit" or "intent" of the rules. Eric and his crew of testers/rules designers have used VERY specific language for this game (more so than any other game I've played in a long time), and this is too big to be just a loophole. They are either sitting in their rule designers forum saying "hey they figured it out" or they are saying "&%$#% how'd we miss that!?!"

This is really a great reference sheet. Thanks for putting it together. I'm going to suggest you add the following to it:
On page 46 is a listing of Action Modifiers. A quick chart of these would be VERY helpful.
(mainly because I spent 2 hours looking for the definition of Paralyzed)

This will be a primer to a tournament most likely in mid October.
Post info as soon as possible. There are a few of us in Tampa and Sarasota that might be able to make it with enough advance notice.

If you want to reduce the warping on foamcore when you glue a piece of paper to it, glue another piece of paper to the reverse side at the same time and press it for a couple of hours..
