  1. I do not use one card per model when i have 15 malifaux rats on the table. One card for reference and some dice for wounds is enough.

    Else you need an extra table just to lay all your cards out and a lot of time looking to connect models with their corresponding cards...

  2. The system can lead to ridiculouse overpowered models. Sometimes you dont need so much upgrades.

    Izamu with Immunity to slow/paralyze and added armor for example.

    The underdog bonus is pretty sweet in this game

    So sweet that you can abuse it. Play a 30ss game. Take a highly survivable master and nothing else and run away. Get 1 script for bodyguard, one for master alive and 15 scripts for underdog. Normal games give around 3 scripts. You get 17! This is just stupid.

  3. As i said, without changing other rules this would be very bad for any movement encounter with a normal (rats&catchers) crew.

    You cant move the rats out of Hamelins 6" without risking the swarm to be wiped out immediately. No activating, no new catcher, rats gone.

    And it defines the activation order. Activating the catcher first (for example when he needs healing) stops the swarm for the turn if you use Slaughter rats. Sure you can move 4" per turn and lure them with cheese. Enemies will be very happy about a speed of 4-5" for the swarm.

    So you always have to activate rats before or the swarm moves unbelievable slow.

    This doesnt work with a simple "elegant" change, you would need a full rewrite of the rat/catcher mechanics.

  4. Lady Justice can improve her chance to hit and also improve her chance to do Severe damage, but her damage spread stays at 4/5/7. It would be nice if it was magical or was as powerful as you think it is. Lady J at 7/8/10 would be awesome........... but not fun for my opponent. Also, Death Marshals do not have any damage buffs besides their own +1 for Critical Strike on my cards. How do they give Lady J +2 damage?

    Not quite on topic, but explained.

    3-4-6 basic. Critical strike with ram card 5-6-8. DMs have a spell "Finish the job" giving other DMs (as Lady J. is with v2) +1 dam per ram. Casted with ram card, Lady Js. final dam 7-8-10.

    You will need 2 ram cards of course. (If you buy an extra card and get a ram, she even able to get +1 dam more).

    And the only buff Lilith can get is flurry from the BBS.

  5. It's the same as Lady J and she doesn't need to be magical

    Lady J. gets +2 damage without help, and up to extra +2 with DM support. 7-8-10 Damage is a bit different story, Lilith has no way to get a damage boost.

    And all this is opposed to masters like Marcus who has no movement/swapping tricks, lower defense, hits weaker and so on. How hard for Lilith :P

    His damage is the same as Liliths (with Bear) but without the +flip. And its magical.

    And we dont talk about throwing a Wp-attacking Shikome into Liliths face after howling.

    He may be a bit underwhelming, but he still has some stuff to show if you dont respect him.

    Such as Ressers. You then have to kill her with minions, which is nigh on impossible.

    You dont have to. When i face Nicodem it always ends up with: Look what a beautiful RigorMortis statue. Or against Seamus she runs away like a small girl. The normal Lilith demon force is so weak to any Wp-based duels.
