  1. I've been a henchman for a few years now. It's quite fun. You get to meet a lot of people in the community, which (Especially in Australia) is really friendly. As people have said above, no one knows all the rules perfectly, and can forget. I still do it from time to time. But if you are willing to double check, and discuss it with the other player/s, then it usually works out well. I've found with demo crews as well, less is more. If you're starting a new game, you don't want to be thrown in the deep end with a dozen models all with different abilities. A few one each side lets you get your head round the game easier. If you can make sure models can act independently (They don't need tricks from other models), that usually makes it straight forward as well. I saw a crew recently that a friend had built for another player getting back in to learn the rules again. Everything was based around "Justice runs up and hits stuff", "Nino shoots stuff", and didn't rely on models enhancing other models, so they were all useful no matter what got taken out of action.

The Players Pack says fixed Master and Faction, your post above states only fixed Faction, which is correct?

This original post is correct. Apologies for that. Thank you for pointing it out. I was considering that for the next tournament while writing this one (Which was bound to cause trouble).

Players pack has been updated, and can be found at https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4qQBie3vFbGeUxjT3UwOUI2aWc

I've also added deployment zones and proxy notes, which I forgot in the first one.

  5. Less than one week to go, everyone! I thought I would stop by to offer some info on prizes!

I ordered in a 16 player tournament pack, and it arrived from Wyrd a while ago (a lot sooner than I expected). I've also got a small mystery box and spare Guilder from the welcome pack, as well as a Johanna model, so I'm throwing it all together for the prize pool.

As it stands, the current prize pool is:

1st Place - Large Mystery Box, certificate, 5 Guilders

2nd Place - Small Mystery Box, certificate, 3 Guilders

3rd Place - Small Mystery Box, certificate, 2 Guilders

    Next 14 players - 1 Guilder

The spare Small Mystery Box will be randomly rewarded to someone who hasn't placed. So even if you come last, you potentially walk out with a Guilder and Small Mystery Box.

As I mentioned, I also have a Johanna model. There will be a space on the scoresheet to vote for the best painted force, and I will suggest people leave out their 5 best models over lunch for people to check out. Whoever gets the most votes ins the model (I will act as tiebreaker if needed). The model may be awarded to someone who has placed as well, so turning up with a great looking crew and doing well could net you a lot of loot!

I may be able to source a few more things as well, so look for another update later this week for more news.

    See you on Sunday!

  7. The reporter at the back is familiar. I believe that she was in the TTB adventure Northern Agression? Can't get to it now to check if that's the adventure or her name, but that one was set in Ridley, which is where Nellie's character has been involved before.
