  1. The main thing that disturbs me here is the fact that the concept drawings he presents are simply photos of the finished mini being run through photoshop filters.

Pressmolding is not a problem to me, as long as it' shis own stuff. Also the Computer-based work he does is fine.

I would consider this (and a photocopier, too!) a tool!

A tool is just an item to support the speed or quality of your way to your aimed result.

Basically, a laundromat would be a tool then, too!

  2. Hi all

I got something new for you:

As I still got many of the old Noha Miniatures I made, but cannot take them into my shop, I decided to go this way:

I offer a Surprise bag, that contains 3 randomly chosen Blisters from the former Noha-Range.

Each had a price of 3 Euros up to 5 Euros, but the whole bag itself only costs 5 Euros!

So, here are the Miniatures (all in one pic...) I will choose from (there even are some more that were ever unseen, but still can make it into a bag).

I guarantee, that a Surprise Bag will contain 3 DIFFERENT Blisters!

    So happy ordering!

  3. We already had snow, but now it's just warm again and all are waiting for the first real snow here.

Weather dudes say, we are gonna have a hrd cold winter... hope so! :)

2 years ago we had snow of about 1- 1,50 meters here - in one night! The had to pile it up at the central squre as they wouldn't know where else to put it.

    I - WANT - SNOW!

  4. the head is too big - true thing but no accident. I see these figures more as caricatures, so I allowed myself to extend the head size a bit. apart from that: this guy really has a big head, believe me!

will lower the knees though, shouldn't be that much of a problem, you are right. thanks

  5. problem is the way the dude likes his clothes: wide and slappy.

if you take his arm-length (best visible on the hand he has in his pocket), you can see the real proportions. the hands are always at about halfway of the upper leg. same here, but dues to the baggy-clothing the legs seem to be too short.

  6. Hi all,

short update about what's going on:

I have put some new Miniatures in my Shop:

    The Seaman.

    Pirat.jpg

Based on a character of Treasure Island, this single piece miniature costs 4 Euro.

    The Box.

    pirbox.jpg

These are just great for giving minis as presents. This paritcular box is made for the Seaman-figure and was created in collaboration with the artist who concepted the Seaman miniature itself.

Each box measuring 10x10cm, (don't really know in inches, gues about 3.5x3.5) comes with a handpainted, individual background and a Seaman miniature.

These are strictly limited, a certificate is attached to the box's back.

There are two variants of the background: Day and Night at the beach. Please let me know your preference in the order.

    The Box-Set costs 20 Euro.

    Thanks for reading!

    Cheers

    Jonas
