Heya Boris
I used to live in Sheffield - cool place from what I remember (which isn't an awful lot as I was a student at the time *hic*).

Belated Happy Birthday... I hope you had a good one!

Series 33
Well, I finally tried these properly today (started my IP entry... yay!). I have to say that I'm really impressed. They seem soft but responsive and easily controllable - they also form a very good point. I started using a No.1 and a 00 and didn't bother swapping to the 00 after a while as the point is fine enough for finer detail.
So... highly recommended - especially in light of the very attractive pricing!

I'll definitely keep an eye out for these on the west wind website... I really like these Incursion figures.
-
Another Fairport song... it's a trad song and been covered by al and sundry but this is quite haunting... featuring the late and sadly missed Sandy Denny.

Fairport are well worth going to see. I usually go to their annual festival at cropredy in Oxfordshire... it's a great weekend. Aye John Martyn did indeed have a great voice - a shame he's no longer with us :/ Solid Air is a classic!

Well some people try to pick up girls
And get called assholes
This never happened to Pablo Picasso
He could walk down your street
And girls could not resist his stare and
So Pablo Picasso was never called an asshole
Well the girls would turn the color
Of the avacado when he would drive
Down their street in his El Dorado
He could walk down you street
And girls could not resist his stare
Pablo Picasso never got called an asshole
Not like you
Alright
Well he was only 5'3"
But girls could not resist his stare
Pablo Picasso never got called an asshole
Not in New York
Oh well be not schmuck, be not abnoxious,
Be not bellbottom bummer or asshole
Remember the story of Pablo Picasso
He could walk down your street
And girls could not resist his stare
Pablo Picasso was never called an asshole
Alright this is it
Some people try to pick up girls
And they get called an asshole
This never happened to Pablo Picasso
He could walk down your street
And girls could not resist his stare and so
Pablo Picasso was never called...
"Pablo Picasso" by Jonathan Richman aways raises a smile ....rhyming Picasso and Asshole is total genius

I saw Sisters of Mercy at Reading Festival in the early 90s... the best bit was when the crowd were chanting - 'you fat bastard' to Andrew Eldritch... high japes indeed (music was okay too)
-
I'll see your Sisters of Siouxsie and raise you a New Order

i cant remember the namde of it but back in 95' a song came out where a man reads a graduation speech about visiting new york, but dont stay or it will scar you. he also ended it with always wear suntan lotion. it was all set to some melodic background music that just jived with me so much back then, but i for the life of me have only heard it two or three tiems since. anyone got the name of the song.
my google fu is weak.
After a quick Google and youtube search I'm guessing you mean this - [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sTJ7AzBIJoI]YouTube - Baz Luhrmann - Everybody's Free (To Wear Sunscreen)[/ame]
