They have a replacement parts portal, but it seems to be for miscast/missing parts. My problem is that Lady Justices Katana blade flew off due to clumsy fingers. Is there any way to buy individual parts like that, or would I have to buy the whole crew box?

So basically what I was missing was "It's huge". For some reason, I just thought it was kind of a big dude, not a giant.

He costs as much as whole box sets, is there some special reason I am unaware of?
