Can Hoffman attach his modification upgrades to those constructs? And do they cost 1 extra SS when hiring? They're not Mercenaries. He's just able to hire them out of faction. 0 CritterKiller32 Posted February 25, 2014 Report Share Posted February 25, 2014 Yes, the Action does not specify that the Modification can only be attached to Guild Constructs so you're free to attach them to any Construct in your Crew.
