Information about mispacked

Hi,

I found a missing component in a box. I have already sent the request to the Wyrd, using the appropriate web page.

I could not specify "Initials of Packer" field, because it wasn't written on the box.

Will you be notified by e-amil when your problem is taken into consideration ?

If they need any extra information from you, then they'll contact you. Otherwise, they'll just get it sorted and the part will turn up in a little while (will take a few weeks at least, since you're in Italy).

The packer information is usually on a little sticker somewhere I think, possibly on the inside of the box flap but I can't really remember. If they need it they'll ask you to look again no doubt.

The point of sales isn't an issue. If the box was sealed to you, then it's Wyrd's QA, and they're good about sending replacement parts.

 

Thanks that seems logical. I had asked element games and they said the similar. Also my case in  client area-support says status resolved. I realize i should not expect contact as stated but i wonder if this means they will mail a replacement or just that they have acknowledged the issue.
