I could not specify "Initials of Packer" field, because it wasn't written on the box. Will you be notified by e-amil when your problem is taken into consideration ? Regards. Otherwise, they'll just get it sorted and the part will turn up in a little while (will take a few weeks at least, since you're in Italy). The packer information is usually on a little sticker somewhere I think, possibly on the inside of the box flap but I can't really remember. If they need it they'll ask you to look again no doubt. AverageBoss Posted January 20, 2014 Report Share Posted January 20, 2014 Actually, when I resubmitted for my missing Chiaki head, I got a confirmation email (I think a day later) stating that gremlins were working on processing my request, or something to that extent. I only doubt about another email confirmation from Wyrd's Gremlins, when they sent the missing sprue part. With an automated email system, probably, that mail not be sent. Also my case in client area-support says status resolved. I realize i should not expect contact as stated but i wonder if this means they will mail a replacement or just that they have acknowledged the issue. Thanks for the info.
