Victorian-30mm-Display, pillars missing

Okay I send Wyrd a email about the 2 street pillars that seems to be missing in the pack, there are two holes in the base exactly where the two street pillar are meant to be (I didn't make those hole by the way), so because they don’t seem to answer emails I’ll try to get some attention here.

It’s been around over two months now and I still haven’t heard anything.

It just seems to be a production mistake or have Wyrd just forgotten to redo the pillars when they redid the bases or something?

When you say sent them an email, did you use the mispack/damage report thing at:

or use an email address for someone at Wyrd?

Typically the 'report mispacks' system is not a two month delay (though time of year and events like gencon or black friday can delay things sometimes, as can postage if you're not in the USA).

Generally, the worst that could happen is that Wyrd sends you a second set. Accidentally had that happen when I sent a second set of photos of what was missing / mispacked with my alt Guild Executioner (came with two of the same arm sprue instead of one of each). Apparently they'd already processed and shipped the missing piece before my second message got to them, and then they shipped me a second one.

Well... I already got a second pack from the store I bought it from and the pillars was missing in that one to, he wrote to Wyrd and he haven't gotten any reply from them either.

I'll ad a pic of the picture Wyrd where the Pillars are on the base and the one I have, just in case.

Those are the ones I got (Not as visible as in real life).
