Crooked Grin
Finished my first m2e plastic crew and just like when I first started Malifaux it's Seamus and his undead ladies of the night. I was a bit worried about the CCK standing only on the tiny leg of the scissors so I sculpted a rock in front and back of it for safety. (Sorry about the lousy quality of the photos) Now on to Tara and her crew. Edited October 14, 2013 by Crooked Grin

parich
These look amazing! I especially like the strong contrast between the greenish skin tones of the Belles and their bright clothing and the pale skin on Seamus and CCK and their dark jackets. I'm about to start painting my own Seamus crew and you've definitely set the bar high for what you can achieve with this set. Well done! Crooked Grin
Thank you all for the nice compliments. I usually don't post my painted miniatures because I rarely think they are good enough but your comments really make think about posting them more often. I want to read what's on the newspaper!!! I really tried to take a picture of it but somehow I can't seem to get it in focus, this is the best I can do: It's an image I googled and scaled to the right size (I know, I'm cheating)
Mako
Definitely post more of your stuff, it's pretty... The purple and blue belle is my favourite, I really like the way she's come out. But they're all really nice, you've got nothing to worry about in terms of quality!
Wings
Wow, Madame S is certainly eye catching. Really nice painting across all of them. I can't wait to see more!

Lordgimpet
The colour choices for each fig compliment each other well and really make each one pop in a unique way, yet still keeping the whole crew uniform. Well Done!

IronHead
I'm about to start painting my own Seamus Crew and would be curious in knowing your recipe for Belle flesh, thanks!
Crooked Grin
The base coat is P3 Thrall Flesh (but I guess GW Rotting Flesh would also work) and for the highlights I added a little Vallejo Light Flesh in about 3 or 4 layers. for the Shadows I used P3 Battledress Green mixed with a little Thrall Flesh applied it very lightly and tried to feather it out a bit.
