Can you use it at any location or does it need to be used near a work bench? I don't see any language that limits its use in the new rules. I just want to make sure that I can access my scrap heap from any space. Thank you Quote
Omenbringer Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 You are correct, there is nothing in any of the relevant rules that specifies the need for a workbench to use the Scrounge action or attach an upgrade. One of the big goals from the first edition of Puppet Wars to Unstitched was to make attaching upgrades easier. Quote

I'd completely missed that change Well then you might want to also know that the Attachment Difficulty (AD) of the upgrade only applies to enemy Puppets trying to attach them. Scrounge also allows you to attach Upgrades from your scrap heap without needing the AD. Quote
