I'm currently trying to learn the basics of different gremlin tactics and i've got some questions about how to go about certain things or how to play things. (I don't have cards on hand so please forgive any thing I bring up that the rules explain)

I think I've got a pretty good handle on the Ophelia Deathstar (although I havent tried Omenbringer's suggestion about the 2 rings) but i guess the idea behind the rings is the outer ring moves first to make room / waste activations?

As for So'mer tactics, here's where i get a bit confused. I think its starting to click in my head but specifics about how to do things would really help.

With the pig boomerang, how many pigs should I try and have out? And do I really want all the pigs to be stampeding, or do I want to just have them swine dashing around? It seems like they could be great objective grabbers if I didn't let them stampede and just choose the attackers that would place me in the best positions.

Also with the piglets, when they swine dash I know it says to move the full CG distance directly towards the model, but what happens after I get there? Am I forced to keep moving in a straight line in that direction? Can I decide to stop the move at any point after I've reached the target? Or could I go in a completely different direction as long as its directly away from the target at that point?

My final questions kinda help out all of the So'mer tactics. What I'd also like to know are the best ways to go about summoning each thing in his crew that he can and what I should be trying to do each turn.

Im guessing turn 1 typically git ur bro as much as possible for more mosquitos. After that use combinations of take a swig, git ur bro, and come and get it trigger to keep a bayou gremlin at 3 or more health, make as many gremlins as I need and make others into more pigs. Any suggestions about the best ways to go about this would be great. I'd also like to know how many of what to keep near some at all times to keep the summoning going

Sorry about the wall of text, but I'd really like to be able to step up my game with them because so far they have only won by last minute good ideas.

1 - I like to start a game with five or so Piglets, with ASomer rocking up in turn two to make more. Remember they can only interact if you pop Truffles. Warpigs I generally tend to avoid. Gracie has potential.

2 - You could keep moving after you Swine Dash into your target, but you would have to keep going in a straight line. Anyone feel free to correct me there. You can stop the move at any point after you have used Nibble.

3 - Best way to summon Gremlins is through Git Yer Bro. If you go down this route, keep a Slop Hauler handy. The best way to summon Piglet is through hitting the 'She Ain't Fat' trigger on ASomer's Swamp Gas spell. Normal Somer can do it, but its a lengthy and card draining process. I like to have two or so Gremlins near by when it comes to summoning Skeeters and Gremlins.

Hope that helped!
