Cadilon Posted January 31, 2013 Report Posted January 31, 2013 One of the things I enjoy about miniatures is the collectible aspect. I get enjoyment from seeking out rare and unusual models. Wyrd has done a great job of catering to this part of the hobby. I recently obtained a Carver model. I attended GenCon 2011 and remember a number of these being given out as prizes. I believe there were a total of 6 or maybe even 8 at Gencon that year. I'd like to do a census of how many of these are out in the wild. If you have one, it'd be great if you could reply to this post. In addition, if someone 'in the know' at Wyrd wouldn't mind, it would be nice to get an official number of these that were released to the public. So, to start things off, I have 1 Carver (sack-head). Quote
The Madman Posted February 3, 2013 Report Posted February 3, 2013 I believe that 3 went to Cincinnati Ohio players Quote
Omenbringer Posted February 3, 2013 Report Posted February 3, 2013 I can say that not all of them were given out at GenCon as I assisted in packing them up to take back to Wyrd HQ. Not sure where they ended up after that though. Man those were amazing models, hopefully he will see his way into a future book for general release. Quote
