aka_hazard Posted January 17, 2013 Report Posted January 17, 2013 Hi all, Having played Neverborn, Friekorps and Colette I have decided to visit the green side... I have the following (or am getting): Som'er aSom'er Ophelia Lacroix Pere Ravage Gremlin taxidermist Pigapult 6 piglets 3 stuffed pigs 8 Gremlins 1 Hog whisperer 1 Egg hauler 3 Young Lacroix 4 Skeeters 1 Rat 1 War Rooster From reading the various threads I believe this should enable me to pig boomerang, gunline and alpha stank as the situation requires however... My latest order is £3.00 under the free postage line so I am going to buy 1 more pack. Should I get: 1. Rami 2. McTavish 3. More stuffed pigs 4. Something else (Lenny, Burt Jebson, a life) 5. Just pay the damn postage you cheapskate! Quote
rgarbonzo Posted January 17, 2013 Report Posted January 17, 2013 why not get the LaCroix box that should put you over the top and give you Rami an excellent sniper, Francois that can be turned into a machine gun and Raphael who can walk for free when at 4 wounds or lower. Quote
Dumb Luck Posted January 18, 2013 Report Posted January 18, 2013 why not get the LaCroix box that should put you over the top and give you Rami an excellent sniper, Francois that can be turned into a machine gun and Raphael who can walk for free when at 4 wounds or lower. It might be cheaper since he has Ophelia and Pere just to buy the other three Kin seperately. But a second vote for Rami. Dumb Luck-ing with him is the most fun you'll have outside of the Bayou. Omenbringer Posted January 18, 2013 Report Posted January 18, 2013 Well with 2 more Stuffed Piglets you can work in the Bacon Bombing Assasination run. Rami or Mctavish would also be suitable additions. Quote
aka_hazard Posted January 18, 2013 Author Report Posted January 18, 2013 Thanks for the advice. Being the decisive type that I am, I have gone for Rami and McTavish. The extra stuffed pigs will wait until I succome to the temptation of Burt, Gracie, Wong et al. Quote
Taurinus Posted January 19, 2013 Report Posted January 19, 2013 I was surprised to see Pere before Rami, though both are good models. Personally, I'm in favor of LaCroix as they were my first boxed set. Rami and McTavish will give you good ranged support, so your choice will work well, thou you may find yourself looking for the other La-roix soon. Welcome to Gremlins.....we love new enthusiasts! ---------- Post added at 08:19 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:17 AM ---------- Oh, and I'm a Lenny fan. He can be a beatstick, brings a lot of random abilities to the table, and and there's nothing like knocking Seamus off elevated terrain with a thrown whacked piglet! Quote
aka_hazard Posted January 19, 2013 Author Report Posted January 19, 2013 Pere came first because my original intent was to just do a pigapult list but then I changed my mind and decided to go full green. Quote

He also costs more than any other Gremlin unique (and debately, brings less), drains Som'er's hand further and is a beatstick with no charge. Sounds like a sweet deal. Quote
Piranhamoose Posted January 20, 2013 Report Posted January 20, 2013 I have always been satisfied with Lenny's performance when I've hired him. Though I usually only take him in an ophelia crew. Quote
