I played a game last night, Lilith vs Sonnia, Sonnia had cast a Flame wall and Lilith charged through it, Liliths master of Malifaux ability lets her see through terrain, but is the Flame wall classed as terrain?

I think not, unless it's specified in the spell description like rasputina's ice pillar.

I would say that Sonnias card calls them markers. Lilith is only allowed to draw line of sight through terrain, so she can't draw it through the flame wall

As stated by Barbagianni and Adran, you need to be very careful when playing Lilith with these types of things. All spells and effects that obscure vision or create some kind of marker or terrain needs to be explicitly stated as terrain in the effects' description (examples are Illusionary Forest and Ice Pillar), else Lilith will not be able to ignore it.

One example I myself missed alot in the beginning and ruined my own games with is the fog from Stiched Together. Put the fog up, then later realized I couldn't see through it and therefore helped my opponent more than I helped myself.

Another reason to use Mei feng (and the emberling)'s vent steam. Really blunts transposition too (I think that needs LoS?)
