I ask because a box of Guild Riflemen arrived on my doorstep yesterday and the strap on one of the rifles was snapped when I took them out of the box (not snapped by me but during packing I am guessing).

The question is, is it worth reporting? I can cut the strap off entirely but I would prefer if it was there. I could try modelling a new one on bt I doubt I could get it as fine as the original.

Thoughts?

I would report it at a minimum just to let them continue to get feedback towards their still new-ish plastic line of minis. If others report that the same strap was broken then Wyrd will learn that they either need to change something in the process of creating that miniature, whether its in initial concept, placement in the sprue, packaging or whatever else there may be.

Now, if you real question is "can I get a new one" then that's up to Wyrd... they have never given me a hassle about replacing mistakes on their end. I had a mis-casts Sword Vik and Nathan handled the swap out for me no problem. (or someone with his email!)

So I reported the damage and thought nothing more of it. Today I came home to a parcel from Wyrd. Inside was a completely new box of Guild Riflemen. How cool is that!!!! A+ for Wyrd customer service from me. :Smug_Puppet1:

That's awesome! This is why I love Wyrd. Thanks for reporting back.

Some people misuse this kind of thing so thats why most companies tends to make them set up rules that can make it annoying/complicated to get replacements without some kind you security for the companies, like sending back the damaged miniature, but it's all diffrent from company to company.
