I don't know if this is the right part of the forums to post this, but I filled out the online form for "damaged goods" a few weeks ago but did not receive any kind of e-mail confirmation and have not gotten a reply either. I was just wondering if this is normal or if I should try and contact them again?

Any one who has used this service before please let me know.

Read the pop up art that comes up after you submit it. When you do, it says that if we got all the info we'll get you sorted, otherwise we'll contact you to get updates.

If you sent it a couple weeks ago that was during the time we gave everyone in the warehouse and the offices time off for the holidays. It's probably been sorted, and sent to the warehouse awaiting the last of inventory to be sorted before being shipped.

That's the norm, we'll get you sorted. :)

I can assure you, they only contact you if they need more info. Otherwise they just fulfill your request as soon as possible. I've used it before, they're reliable (if not slow at times, but they're a small company), nothing to worry about. :)
