Both the Rail Golem and Lazarus share a Ram for their weapons and Lazarus can Assimilate a few of his abilities but the only one that is not situational would be Instinctual. If you are facing a crew that deals with Burning Tokens you can start taking his 1 action Head of steam to be able to charge for a 1 and discard the burning token at the same time. But really Assimilate is pretty gimmicky for Lazarus anyways. Just use him as a shooting(on the way in)/melee beater with the option to create blasts in both melee and range.
