A)Severe, Obscuring B)Severe, Blocking C)Severe Over different games we've played woods terrain differently and Illusionary forest just mentions movement penalties. I would assume 5 since pretty much everything manufactured by abilities are 5 (the only exception I can think of is a Ht 3 blast marker). However, it's one of the [censored] pages, so I can't check it right now. You are correct. It's on pg. 60 of small rulebook. individual trees are obscuring ht 6 and woods are obscuring severe ht 6.
