Hey, I've yet to find a good way to put together these metal models really well. With most of them I've had a fairly decent surface area to glue and then reinforce with greenstuff.

Now I'm putting together some Rotten Belles and the surface area is tiny and the parasol are so heavy, what can I do make them hold? I used just greenstuff to put the folded umbrella arm on and the parasol stick arm on, and they are holding just okay, but still not super well. I tried to greenstuff the parasol top onto the other one but it just fell off when I went to check on it this morning.

So any ideas on how to put these guys together so they won't just fall apart?

Thanks guys!

If you are good at pinning, that is best I have heard. I was pretty put off when I first seen the belles also, but I just super glued them and I have never had any problems. Just get a good case to put them in and good super glue and you should be ok.

Yep I've done that on all my Belles. But I do use them for Demoing. You will probably need to replace the end of the Umbrella as it's very fiddly to drill. I used the pommel off a sword.

I bought some Tarzan's Grip super glue and it holds perfectly, it took about a blob the size of the end of a paper clip on the tip of the umbrella to hold it in place and it was solid in minutes. I shouldn't have underestimated my glue!

Thanks for the tips guys, much appreciated!
