Here's a pic of a Fire Elemental I painted about 5 months ago...I just need to figure out how to take more "professional-grade" pictures? Comments and questions are appreciated :)

Hi, the mini looks pretty nice, though I'd try to get more highlights to match how strong the shading is.

Regarding photography, a few tricks:

1- lighting: the further your camera is from the mini, the softer the flash will be (I prefer to use 2-3 desk lamps, as you're likely to get more even light (extra points if you have 2 strong light sources with one twice the distance from the mini as the other-- this is the typical basic professional setup for a 3 dimensional object)

2- surface: a big piece of white paper, curved by propping up the back (w/ a book or whatever) will get the job done fine if you don't want to invest in a backdrop, and makes your minis look way flashier than just doing them on whatever surface is around.
