This will be my Leveticus - I'll do some minor conversion with his "cross" so that its not quite so holy, maybe some steampunk weapon or such. He has a similar look to the rest of the Malifaux range, and he is an old man.

Leveticus is pretty good, if you replace that cross, though his posture is a bit upright.

I thought of the waifs as more like zombie husks than very animate, so the waif doesn't fit all that well, in my opinion, but that's up to your interpretation.

Is it just that you don't like the Wyrd Levi?

I think that guy is neat and would be good for Levi IMO....less the cross as you said.

I also dig the chick for the Hollow Waif....but I do like the Wyrd Waifs as well.

I don't like the Leveticus current model. Maybe the Alt when its released will be ok. Some of the models are great, but as always some are not to my liking. Leveticus is one of them. The Hollow Waifs are good models, but the one I have ordered has shackles... like they have the "Shackled" rule...

I can always put more clothes on her with some greenstuff if needed.

Make sense and if you are not a competitive player its generally okay. But if you want to play competitively it might be worth getting the real model since a lot of tournaments have a no proxy policy

The book three fluff involves conversations with a hollow waif and implies that she chose to become one, so not really a zombie or an unwilling slave. She is able to interact with others and act as translator for Levi to hold conversation with the riders. Think the shackled thing is much more a mental link than physical.

TBH when I looked at the female model I thought Essence of Power. But everyone has different taste.

Not interested in competitive official play, just in my club.

What do you think I should replace the cross with?

1) scythe

2) staff

3) mechanical / armoured hand

4) mechanical / armoured claw/talon

5) a gun

6) some other icon
