loserwithaplan
So i over sprayed one of my models on the last pass I tried to wash the paint off as i noticed it. Should it be ok or do you think I will have to strip it?
RedScorpionsGirl
More than likely you will need to strip it, so you end up laying down a smooth coat. Would need to see pictures to accurately assess it.
Red_Starrise
It's just easier to strip it. Although, depending on the amount of excess and the paint you used, here's what I do when this occurs sometimes (after all, I'm usually heating my paint, running outside w/ my models, spraying them in 30 degree weather and then running back inside): Set it on a box in front of my gas furnace on the floor so that the draft out the bottom of very hot air blows on it directly, if I let this sit w/ it on continuously for a couple hours it almost bakes it onto the metal and reduces or eliminates the issue.
