I remember reading a thread where the Marshalls clarified this, but I'm not certain where it went off too. Anyone else remember that article? If that's not the case, I definitely want to know about it. No you are right. You can't use Casting Expert/Master AP for Channel actions, same thing with Melee/Ranged Expert/Master and Focus. Or more likely I've been cheated lol - I dont play any models with Casting Expert, but have often faced them....
