Antiquitas
I want to try out Lazarus so I made a proxy up last night/ tonight using a Warmachine Kador Behemoth and a few odd bits. It's on a 40mm base and stands 3.5 inches to the top of the grenade launcher. The trapped soul (in his chest) is a 40K tank commander head with thin wire heated and then stuck in. The 'housing' is a 40K tank searchlight back, the hoses are from a pendant chain and the wrench is from Captain Arlane Strangewayes. Probably a bit bigger than he should be for Ht 3 but fairly close to the fluff. All I need to do now is paint it - any ideas for a colour scheme? Demonn Agram
i kinda like the red from the original pic you posted of the WM model - but that's Guild colour so that won't do... perhaps to replace the red with the yellow - but then it might look like a giant JCB don't know... anyway, nice conversion, although I wouldn't add the giant gun on it's left shoulder - it's a bit too transformers-like which is a bit too much (for me, anyways).. but I especially like the tank commanders head great job! dsmiles
Lots of different colors. He keeps adding to himself, who says he's got a can of paint handy? Nice conversion!

Changed it this evening, now has a loader with 'cannon balls' and fuses and a steam powered barrel. Not so lop-sided now. (The bayonet fell off and I forgot to glue it back on before taking the pics.)
dsmiles
Maybe you could use the arm from a Mule, if you have one handy. It's got that steam-cannon on it. It's a little...rounder(?) than most Khador 'jacks, but Lazarus is kind of piecemeal.

Demonn Agram
so I see you've decided on the "Guild" colour scheme... didn't like the JCB idea? anyway, looks really cool! I especially like the steampowered cannon... wonder how that would actually work... Edited February 4, 2012 by Demonn Agram
