waaagh5744
Here's the board I've been working on for the last week or 2 with some terrain on it.

abhorsen
nice now u just need a little more terrain maybe some swamp forests that go right in the water? and u could use some foliage by the water and even some slightly in it. really nice board otherwise though, hoping to do my own soon. K.blas
Sure has alot of water effects. You plan on bridges, or some type of quick access between the islands? If not, you sure are giving a good advantage to flying/floating models. Oh and great job! Sure is a good one you've got there.
Drool_bucket
I think the board looks great, I have designs to do my own Bayou board and this is exactly what I was thinking about... The overall ton is really nice, good mucky water and such. I am with the other guys, now you need to do bridges, foliage and maybe a ruin or two that clutters it all up and makes it easier to play on. well done. waaagh5744
Thanks! Bridges and folage are next on the list of things to make along with some swamp boats and stuff to go in the water. I'll put some pics up of them when they're done.
precinctomega
Some modular walkways would be really cool, especially if you also built walkway hubs where three or more walkways could intersect in the middle of a water section. Very nice work. R.
Omenbringer
Great board but I would make the dirt...well a little dirtier. Dirt in the Bayou tends to be really dark and this looks more tropical island then feotid swamp. I would recommend a few coats of Miniwax Polyshade in Bombay Mohagany to darken it up a bit. The best part when using miniwax is that it provides a very durable top layer for your terrain. Additionally, in the future look at adding some tall grass flocking near the edges of the water and perhaps a few dead toppled trees in the water for that down home cajun feel..
