Many moons ago in France was the last time I had raclette, that was a brick of the cheese under a little mini grill. Ah well, it's all cheesy stuff that takes ages and is more about the company! Asked the woman to make it spicy and all she did was top it off with some of that red pasty spicy sauce. -__- So now two bites of my food will be gross spicy and the rest stale. How about you?
