PraetorDragoon
If I was the DM, I would have fudged any dice rolls and made the situation reverse. His character would have been walking funny for weeks. Hahah, I like this. (still out of likes)
PraetorDragoon
The worst thing one of my characters ever did in D&D was invent a new form of torture utilizing an immovable rod. It was very creative. Sickened, but curious.

PraetorDragoon
I am thinking of making a fully trapped room and a single untrapped door
Absolution Black
Hey victoria..if you want some stuff i can always mail it to crush if it is relatively cheap to post internally there..as long as crush is ok with that. Otherwise it might be just as cheap to post direct to you? Just an idea...will be back on tomorrow!
PraetorDragoon
Make sure all of the traps do absolutely nothing. Moving parts, shifting walls and tiles, fire spewing everywhere... except where the party is. The entire room is a giant trust exercise Evil. I approve. MasterDisaster
WTF?! You Europeans are a lazy bunch! What possible reason could you have for a mid-week public holiday? Jeeze, no wonder the UK wants out of the EU
Patzer
I am fine! Today is The Feast of the Ascension of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, or Ascension Day (an older name for the day in Swedish is more or less translated as Christ-Flight). In Swedish folk lore this is apparently a very good day to fish, and its the traditional day of letting cows out in the open after being locked up for eight months... With so much going on, its a public holiday in Sweden...
MasterDisaster
Aaaah, Christianity... Such a steaming pile of hypocritical bullshit. The only thing it's ever done is cause wars and generate public holidays. Can't complain about the latter!

The only thing it's good for is the days we get to stay at home because of it.

In Germany, Himmelfahrt (Ascension Day) is unofficially also Father's Day (to make up for Mother's Day). Men (not only fathers) go out for a long walk, usually with a small carriage full of beer, and drink till they forget their family life.
MasterDisaster
but I won't deface this thread with religious arguments. That's fair enough mate, we wouldn't want to compromise the "integrity" Religion is always a touchy subject. Let's leave it there. I think we can all agree that the Holidays are always worth it though!
