Sholto
Sorry for all the posts recently, but I've been doing a fair bit of painting That's the whole Showgirls crew done now, and here they are:- Supersize versions here and here. I might go back a redo the Showgirl at the back, in the yellow. Her paintjob is not a patch on the others. I tried doing her quickly, and realised that would never do, so she stands out a bit (for the wrong reasons). She's a Stand At The Back Sally for now Edited February 19, 2011 by Sholto
Cassarus
That's a great looking crew, well done!
maxvon_d
Looking good. Hard to tell from the photo but I'm not so sure about their faces. The clothing, and particularly the stockings have come out really nicely though.
Er1k
Well done, you should be really proud of what youve done. Makes me want to start a Colette crew now. Should probably finish my Lady J's and Viktoria's first though
Sholto
Looking good. Hard to tell from the photo but I'm not so sure about their faces. You can't see their faces so well. I am happy with Colette's face, and the Showgirl in blue, but Cassandra's face came out a bit odd because of her very pale skin. Sally's face, like the rest of her, is best left in the back of the line for now
Tiny
They look great! Would you be able to tell me what colours you used on the gold trim for the mannequins?

Sholto
They look great! Would you be able to tell me what colours you used on the gold trim for the mannequins? They are slightly different. Both have a base colour of Vallejo Cobra Leather (GW Snakebite Leather), and then a Citadel Devlan Mud wash. They were then highlighted with a mix of the base colour and Sunburst Yellow. Red Mannequin Very light highlights were applied by adding Bleached Bone to the highlight colour. These proved too light, so I knocked the colour back and blended it all with Vallejo Yellow Ink, applied in two coats. Purple/ Pink Mannequin I added Bleached Bone to the highlight colour, but less this time, and built the highlights up more gradually. No yellow ink on this one. EldarCorsair
Looking good, but I think you should take a shot of them against a neutral background. I can't really pick out the details.

Absolution Black
fantastic! They are inspiring me to paint my own showgirls, but I just can't justify the expense of buying paints and brushes etc at the moment (Have a little one on the way!). One day, one day.... LoboStele
Lookin' nice man! I really like the blue Coryphee for some reason. And the faces look better than mine, even Sally's, haha.
