Thunder_God
Killing him so it sticks is an issue, not killing him once. And the pipes are still less troublesome than being Insignificant. It's also hard to "spam" Stolen, getting one a turn. I think the Ortegas would be interesting versus Hamelin, were they to companion everyone, drop the Stolen, then drop Hamelin.
Sandwich
By spam I meant start with 6+ and camp in the back with Hamelin while useless models go do the dirty work. I think it'd be hilarious to watch the Ortegas murder a whole cadre of kids. The only thing is that Harmless check on them.
ProdigalPunk
I think the Ortagas have the best shot of just wiping the floor with Hamlin. Between their decent range, to not really have to worry about engaging anything, Perdita's ability to shot harmless children in the face, the Papa Bomb, their high Wp and Stubborn, and the whole Shrug Off/Spellbreaker thing I am not sure if Hamlin has enough other tricks to really dent them. Thunder_God
I really wish we knew what "Effect" means. But yeah, I don't see why it wouldn't shake off Understand the Soulless - so long the family lives, those who can't shoot Hamelin will shoot other targets, and the others will clear them off. And the -2 WP.

Wodschow
It was aimed at Prodigals comment on the Family models being able to shrug off any eventual insignificance. Witchling Stalkers should be able to Dispel it aswell by the way.
Thunder_God
ProdigalPunk. Shake-off, the Ortegas can discard the "Insignificant" and -2 WP from themselves, when pulling 5-6 of any suit when using a (0) action.
Sandwich
Most definately. It's good there's at least one crew with a counter to that. I don't really think that the Ortegas, even by a really good player, could wipe the board with a good Hamelin player, though, it'd be pretty fair. Necromorph
Yeah...the Ortega's will definitely be good counter to Hamelin's crew. It also appears that many Neverborn crews will make fine counters to him as well. My recent couple of games against the dreamer has basically seen my rats and rat catchers passing or running due to the massive amounts of Terrifying and WP duels that they have to perform. I haven't played extensively against many of the Neverborn crews, but it appears that any crew that can force mass Wp duels and Morale checks will basically see Nix and Hamelin doing most of the work. tadaka
Lol I am still trying to find the counter Ortega crew. Perhaps that is what makes Perdita so good she is good vs everything.
Necromorph
Ugh, yeah, Perdita is just plain annoying no matter who her crew is going up against, and Hamelin is no exception, lol. Hamelin will steamroll some masters, and have a very hard time dealing with others, there won't be much middle ground.
