ninjahamster
Cross posted from my showgirls thread, here's a pic of my converted Kaeris, she's built up from a random secrets of the third reich model I found and a set of mechanical wings from Microart studio. Comments? I'm pondering trying some OSL, but I know i'll just cock it up.
Omenbringer
The snow on the base looks a bit odd on a model weilding that much fire. Other then that it looks good.
ninjahamster
yeah - unfortunately I'd decided to go with a snow basing for all my non-showgirl models, I might try and thin it out a bit, give it a bit of a melting look
Ratty
If you mix pva with the snowflock it will look wet when it dries.
Omenbringer
Woodland Scenics Water Effects is also very good for this. Just in case you are interested here is a link that shows a couple different methods for snow

ninjahamster
I must confess they are a bit bigger than I expected, they could do with being a touch smaller, but bigger is better eh
LoboStele
Very cool. I had looked at the MAS wings as a possibility for a Kaeris proxy, but nothing on the site really said what size they were, so I was afraid to order them and find out they were sized for a 70mm model or something, lol. Might just grab a set now after seeing them.
karn987
Not bad. I like the fire and yeah, trying to give the snow a melting look to it would be awesome.
